TERMS OF USE — Pixel-Hive Invoicing

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Pixel-Hive Invoicing, a service provided by Rocz Online Development (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using Pixel-Hive Invoicing (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you:

  • Are 18 years or older
  • Have authority to bind the business you represent
  • Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must discontinue using the Service.

2. The Service

Pixel-Hive Invoicing is a cloud-based invoicing and business management platform offering:

  • Invoice & quote creation
  • Customer management
  • Product & inventory tracking
  • Payment tracking and financial reporting
  • Business dashboard tools

We may enhance or remove features to improve the platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Accept responsibility for all actions performed under your account

4. Plans, Billing & Payments

Pixel-Hive offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree that:

  • Fees are billed in South African Rands (ZAR)
  • Subscription fees may be charged on a recurring basis
  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
  • We may revise pricing with notice

Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

5. Your Content

“You” retain ownership of all information uploaded into the platform, including:

  • Invoices
  • Quotes
  • Customer information
  • Product data
  • Files and attachments

You grant us permission to store, process and display your content to provide the Service.

Your content must not:

  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Be unlawful, abusive or fraudulent
  • Introduce malware or harmful code

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not:

  • Use Pixel-Hive for illegal activities
  • Interfere with platform performance
  • Access or attempt to access data belonging to others
  • Reverse-engineer the system
  • Create automated scripts to abuse the Service

Violation may result in termination of access.

7. Availability & Maintenance

We strive for optimal uptime, but the Service is provided on a “best effort” basis. Maintenance, updates or outages may occur with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Fraud
  • Abuse
  • Non-payment
  • Violation of these Terms

You may request data export before termination. After a retention period, data may be deleted permanently.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for lost profits, revenue or data
  • Total liability for claims is limited to subscription fees paid in the last 90 days

You use the platform at your own risk.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
